These magnificent coins made its debut in 2008. Thomas Pesendorfer’s was responsible for the design of the obverse and reverse side of the coin. The reverse depicts a selection of orchestral instruments, while the obverse features is depicted as a pipe organ from the Musikverein in Vienna. “REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH” are shown above the instrument with the coin’s weight and silver purity.
